For companies across APAC
Your company's working record is worth more than you think.
AI labs pay for real examples of how work gets done: the threads, tickets, logs, video and decisions your team already produced. Established third-party privacy firms de-identify it, and we license it to labs. You keep the data and approve every buyer.
Why labs want it
Public data shows the answer. Your record shows how you got there.
Models have read every forum post and published report. What they almost never see is the work in between: the request, the debate, the options weighed and the call that was made. That's what teaches an AI agent to do a job.
Curious which stages your records capture? Tell us what you have.

Digital work records and real-world capture.
A Slack thread alone is cheap. The same thread linked to its ticket, its code change and its outcome is what labs pay for. We link them for you.
Digital work records
Messages
Channels, threads and email where people coordinate, disagree and decide. Direct messages are always excluded.
Tickets and projects
The brief, the back-and-forth and the result, captured end to end.
Code and reviews
Repositories with their commit, review and issue history: why the code looks the way it does.
Documents
Plans, reports, SOPs and proposals: what the company knows and how it works.
Business records
Pipelines, orders, invoices and support history from the systems that run the business.
Real-world and multimodal capture
Technical and mechanical execution
Repairs, assembly and maintenance, step by step.
First-person physical task capture
Head- or body-mounted video of skilled work as it happens.
Tool and equipment interaction
How people handle tools, machines and controls.
Diagnostic and decision-making workflows
From the first symptom to the final fix, with the reasoning in between.
Enterprise and operational logs
System, machine and process logs showing what actually happened.
Multimodal data
Video, audio, text, structured files and telemetry, kept in sync.
Some datasets come from historical operations. Others can be collected going forward against a lab's specification, with consent, at your sites.

Established firms clean it
We engage established third-party privacy firms to clean, privatise and de-identify your data, working inside your environment wherever possible. They document the result. You review a sample before anything moves.
Labs license it, you get paid
Buyers see only a redacted preview until you approve them. Each copy is marked, so any leak can be traced back to the buyer.

De-identified by established specialists.
Independent, established privacy firms handle the cleaning and de-identification, and document re-identification risk. That's the evidence buyers and regulators ask for.
- Sensitive content excluded entirelyDirect messages, HR, payroll, legal, medical and board material, and anything that mentions salary, health or disciplinary matters.
- People replaced with consistent IDsEmployees become E-001, E-002 and so on across every source. Outsiders become their role, like "Vendor 2 Account Manager". Faces and voices in video are blurred or removed.
- Identifiers removedPhone numbers, emails, national ID numbers, bank and card numbers, addresses, number plates, passwords and keys.
- Independently documentedEach dataset ships with a privacy report from the de-identification firm, plus a review sample for you.

Questions owners ask first
FAQ
Do you buy the data or broker it?
We prepare and license it on your behalf. The license is between you and the buyer, and you approve each one. We earn a share when a license is signed, so we only do well when you do.
Who actually cleans and de-identifies the data?
Established, independent third-party privacy and de-identification firms that we engage and manage. They exclude sensitive content, replace people with consistent IDs, remove identifiers, blur faces and voices in video, and document re-identification risk for each dataset.
Does our data have to leave our systems?
Wherever possible, no. The de-identification work runs in your own cloud or on infrastructure you control, and only the cleaned package is shared, after you've reviewed it. If something has to move for processing, it goes under contract to the privacy firm only, never to a buyer.
Do you take video, audio and sensor data?
Yes. First-person task video, site and equipment footage, call recordings, machine logs and telemetry are some of the most sought-after data, especially in automotive, field service, manufacturing and logistics. We can also set up collection going forward, with consent.
What is our data worth?
It depends on history, how many sources are linked, how many real decisions or skilled tasks the record contains, your industry and your language. Published 2026 sales of startup archives ranged from about $10,000 to over $100,000, and long-running companies have reported several hundred thousand. We'll give you an initial view after a short call, and a firm price once a cleaned sample has been reviewed.
Can we sell if the company has closed?
Often yes, if the rights sit with the company or its liquidator and nothing in customer contracts or platform terms forbids it. We'll check that with you before anything else.
Which laws apply?
It depends on where you operate. Examples include Malaysia's and Singapore's PDPA, Australia's Privacy Act, Japan's APPI and Korea's PIPA, plus your own contracts and policies. Properly de-identified data is generally treated differently from personal data, which is why each dataset's re-identification risk is assessed and documented. We work with local counsel, and nothing here is legal advice.
What about our employees?
We recommend telling them, offering an opt-out and sharing part of the proceeds. It protects you, it's fair to them, and buyers increasingly ask for it.
